Our newest model makes it simple to engage participants across a city, a country, or the world. Unlike one-day virtual 5ks that only collect times, the Virtual 5k Anywhere lets participants race multiple times over one week and share their actual GPS routes on a live map.
Ask alumni to trace your mascot. Host a virtual turkey trot where people draw pies, forks, or drumsticks. Participants track where they walk, run, or cycle using Racery’s Android or iPhone app—or they can log time/distance and a map location via honor system.
Before the race starts, avatars can (optionally) appear at each participant’s hometown to build community and anticipation.

After each workout, viewers can zoom from the global map to any participant’s specific 5k route. A mini version of each route also appears in the activity feed tile for that effort.
